With several years’ experience in this field beginning in 2015, Ben specialises in construction recruitment with his focus on partnering with residential  developers and main contractors. Ben has gained an enviable reputation within this field for consistently delivering and exceeding client expectations. Ben’s early career in recruitment boasts an impressive billing record, founded on good core values of honesty, hard work and an attention to detail. This approach helped Ben grow his reputation and secure consistent repeat business.

Ben’s role within the business is to continue to personally deliver for our existing clients and candidates while overseeing all new business development ensuring we continue to maintain the company ethos of only partnering with the best clients and candidates.

Sean Mccarthy

Financial Director

With a career in high level contract talent acquisition beginning in 1997, Sean specialised in the security industry sourcing elite professionals for prestigious clients and latterly the recruitment of blue collar construction operatives.

From there Sean established MCR. Sean’s background and consultancy led approach to working closely with both clients and candidates alike has proven key to a successful partnership. Sean’s role within the business is to deal directly with both clients and candidates through the recruitment process. Also, to develop and oversee company strategy, ensuring all company objectives are met, with a focus on training and development throughout the business to help promote a positive, ambitious and successful culture.

Sean works closely with all members of the management team promoting an innovative and cooperative approach helping MCR maintain its position as a unique and trusted partner.

Sue McCarthy

Director

With several years’ experience in this field beginning in 2015, Sue specialises in white collar  recruitment.

Sue joined forces with Co-founder Sean and established MCR Recruitment in 2017.

Sue’s role within the business is to continue to personally deliver for our existing clients and candidates while overseeing all new business development ensuring we continue to maintain the company ethos of only partnering with the best clients and candidates.

Bradley Finch

Managing Consultant

Bradley started working in Recruitment in 2016, solely and successfully managing a Residential Developer / Main Contracting desk in and around the Home Counties.

For the past 3 years Bradley built fantastic relationships with selected clients resulting in a consistently good billing record, founded on his knowledge of the market and delivering an above and beyond service to both his client’s and candidate’s.

Bradley joined MCR Recruitment in 2020, having previously worked with the Directors it was a perfect acquisition for the business using Bradley’s existing relationships while also developing new ventures to help the business grow.
